Jody Richardson, daughter of Kenneth F. Richardson Jr. of Provo, was recently crowned Miss Junior Utah, and will compete in the nationally televised finals of the Miss Junior America Pageant at Walt Disney World on Oct. 15.
Richardson is a freshman at Brigham Young University majoring in business. She is planning a career in public relations or accounting. She is a 1987 graduate of Bryant High School in Arkansas. She is listed in Who's Who Among American High School Students and is active in school organizations.
She enjoys community activities, school events and church functions. Her hobbies are swimming, camping, hiking, rappelling, photography, modeling and shopping.
