A 14-year-old boy who was shot in the head Wednesday afternoon remained in critical and unstable condition Thursday at University Hospital in Salt Lake City.
Eric Huntsman, Pleasant Grove, was taken to American Fork Hospital on Wednesday following the 3 p.m. shooting. He was then flown to Salt Lake City.The Pleasant Grove Police Department is investigating the incident to determine whether the shooting was accidental.
