The preliminary hearing for a Provo woman charged in connection with a hit-and-run incident Sunday morning has been set for Oct. 13 at 10:30 before Provo Circuit Judge John Backlund.

Rebecca M. Lott, 20, was charged with two counts of attempted murder, a second-degree felony, after she was arrested Sunday morning.Police reports say a woman ran over two pedestrians at 2:17 a.m. following an argument at 340 W. 920 South.

Ralph M. Robbins, 27, was in critical condition following the incident, but was listed in satisfactory condition at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center Wednesday. Teri Lynn Watson, 18, the second pedestrian, was treated and released Sunday.

Lott was released Monday after a $2,500 bond was posted.
