Two armed robbers held up a Bountiful convenience store early Friday, threatening the clerk on duty with a gun and taking about $30, Bountiful Police reported.

The two men, both in their 20s, held up the Circle K store at Fifth North and Fifth West about 2:30 a.m., according to Lt. Don Taylor. The clerk was not injured and no one else was in the store, he said.One man is described as 25 to 30 years old, 6 feet tall, weighing 190 to 200 pounds, with long blond hair. The second man is about the same age, but 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 160 to 165 pounds, with long, dark-brown hair.

The men fled in an older model Volkswagen squareback, Taylor said.
