Ohio may not be Hawaii or Florida but its travel and tourism industry is a $6.4 billion business and employs 132,000 people.
Government statistics rank it ninth in the nation in tourism revenue.Tourist attractions include the birthplaces, homes and memorials to the state's eight presidents: W. H. Harrison, Grant, Garfield, Hayes, McKinley, Harding, Taft and Benjamin Harrison.
Other places of interest include Dayton's Air Force Museum; the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton; Indian burial mounds at Mound City; Aurora's Sea World, the Neil Armstrong Air & Space Museum at Wapokoneta, and the King's Island and Cedar Point amusement parks.
