Former University of Miami defensive tackle Darius Frazier has been sentenced to 31/2 years in prison after pleading guilty to five drug-related charges.
Frazier, 21, a Hallandale native and member of Miami's 1988 national championship team, was arrested April 26 on charges that he had delivered cocaine on three separate occasions, police said.While out on bail, Frazier was arrested twice in September on similar charges.
Miami Coach Jimmy Johnson had suspended Frazier after his April arrest and later kicked him off the team.
