SHARE CALIFORNIA MAN GUILTY OF 2 DRUG CHARGES

Rodney Lynn Jackson has been convicted on two federal drug counts: possession of more than 800 grams of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of two ounces of marijuana for his own use.

The minimum sentence on the cocaine charge is five years in prison, with 40 years the maximum.Jackson, a California resident, was arrested in Ogden.

U.S. District Judge David Sam has scheduled sentencing for Feb. 8.
