The parents of a teenage girl were arrested after she told authorities they taught her how to use cocaine and how to cook it into the highly addictive drug "crack."

Victor P. Hupman, 36, and his wife, Patricia, 34, were free on bail Sunday. Their five children, ranging in age from 6 to 17, were placed in the custody of grandparents.Hupman told authorities he figured his 17-year-old daughter, Stephanie, would be exposed to cocaine and "he wanted her to be exposed to it at home," police Lt. Steve Gray said.
