Deputy Attorney General Harold G. Christensen, the Utahn who is the No. 2 man in the Justice Department, has decided to do something unusual in his office Tuesday: Get married.

He plans to marry Jacquita Corry of Salt Lake City, the assistant dean of the University of Utah School of Law, in the posh conference room that is part of his office. The wedding will be performed by Howard T. Markey, chief judge of the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C.

"After the ceremony, we are going to Vienna where I will participate in an international conference on drugs," he told the Deseret News.

Expected guests at the wedding include Attorney General Richard Thornburgh, Associate U.S. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, Sen. Orrin Hatch, R-Utah, various other Justice Department officials and children of the bride and groom.
