Hogle Zoo admission fees will be reduced 50 percent through Jan. 15.
The board of directors approved the reduction, effective Dec. 15, which makes admissions $2 for adults and $1 for children ages 5 through 16. Children under 5 are admitted free.To further celebrate, the zoo will host a party with special animal guests in the Discovery Center from 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 23. Guests will be treated to holiday punch and samples of fudge.
