Trond-Arne Bredesen led Norway to a triple triumph in the opening competition of the men's individual World Cup Nordic combined Sunday. Bredesen, who won Saturday's ski jumping event, placed eighth in Sunday's 15 kilometer cross-country race. Norway's Baerd-Joergen Elden was second overall and Geir Andersen finished third.
