The University of Utah Graduate School of Social Work has received a two-year grant totaling $200,000 to create and implement a training program for child protective service workers in Delaware, Nebraska and Utah.

The grant from the U.S. Office of Human Development Services will allow Peter J. Pecora, associate professor of social work at Utah, and other researchers to develop a 10-day training program for state child protective service agencies and other national organizations concerned with child welfare services.
