Charges have been filed against a Salt Lake County man who prosecutors say set fire to a Salt Lake house in November.
Richard James Marsh, 29, was charged with one count of aggravated arson, a first degree felony, in a complaint filed Thursday in 3rd Circuit Court.A probable cause statement said witnesses saw Marsh collect gasoline on Nov. 15 at approximately 2 a.m. They said he then walked to the rear door of a house at 1311 S. Ninth East after declaring, "Randy's going to get what's coming."
The resident was inside his home that morning when he discovered the back door to his residence was on fire.
