The Utah federal grand jury has indicted an Ogden used car dealer on nine counts of forgery and odometer fraud, claiming cars he resold had their odometers turned back by up to 59,000 miles.

The indictment alleges Scott Barker, owner of Friendly Auto Sales, purchased the cars at Los Angeles-area auto auctions and transported them to Utah, where their odometers were turned back 30,000 to 59,000 miles.
