Junior Baker is "very excited" about being chosen as Spanish Fork's new city attorney and says the job will be challenging.

Baker was sworn in Wednesday following the resignation of former city attorney James R. Taylor. Taylor resigned so he could give more time to other work responsibilities.Baker has been practicing law in Spanish Fork for eight years. His new responsibilities will include representing the city in court cases and helping Spanish Fork "shape its policies to avoid legal problems later."
