In order to achieve a well-balanced program, activities committees should consider a variety of activities in their planning. They might consider:

1. Cultural arts activities such as dances, dance instruction, music festivals, drama productions and speech clinics. . . .2. Physical fitness and recreation activities with an emphasis on family involvement.

3. A variety of sports activities for men, for women, and for youth - including competitive, individual and family focus.

4. Social, service, and spiritual activities, as appropriate, to reinforce gospel principles and foster personal growth. . . .
