Debra J. Fields and her husband, Randall K. Fields, will become the 20th recipients of the Brotherhood/Sisterhood Award of the Utah Chapter of the National Conference of Christians and Jews May 5.

Debra Fields is president of Mrs. Fields Cookies, and Randall Fields is president of Riverview Investment Group, Fields Investment Group and Fields Consulting Group. They will be honored during the chapter's 20th annual dinner in the Little America Hotel.Joseph Rosenblatt, co-chairman of the Utah chapter, said "Debbi and Randy Fields have contributed generously to local organizations and facilities entrusted with the health and well-being of our citizens."

He said the couple has also provided funding for research into children's diseases and for children's care. The Fields support the principle of the National Conference of Christians and Jews in supporting and aiding people regardless of race, color or religion, Rosenblatt said.

Funds from the annual dinner are used in educational programs in cooperation with the school systems of Utah, including "The Living Constitution," "The Green Circle" and "Anytown, USA, Utah." The local NCCJ chapter also supports a Utah Oral History Institute program and Salt Lake Ministerial Association interfaith seminars.
