Two more fugitives profiled on the television show "America's Most Wanted" have been captured an escaped killer in West Virginia Friday and a bank robber in Pennsylvania Saturday, authorities said.
David Williams, 28, who escaped from the West Virginia Penitentiary April 3 with two other convicts, was taken into custody Friday night by state police in Welch, W.Va., after an area resident recognized him and tipped off authorities.FBI agents in Hershey, Pa., Saturday arrested Ray Allen Minnick, a convicted bank robber wanted for a 1986 convenience store holdup and shoot-out in Howard County, Md., said Jack Breslin, a spokesman for Fox Broadcasting Co., which airs "America's Most Wanted" Sunday evening at 8 p.m.
