May 20 is the deadline for Salt Lake area residents to request changes in next year's US WEST Direct telephone directories.
Residents should call 237-5311, and businesses should call 237-4332 to make those changes. Residents outside the Salt Lake area should look in the front of their white pages for the numbers to call.Scott Bringhurst, district manager of directory sales for U S WEST Direct, said customers who share the same address, telephone number and surnames may have both names listed if they desire, but a charge may apply in some cases.
