Dr. Terry Frazier lands his sail-plane on the infield at the Charlotte Motor Speedway Sunday and delivers the green flag to start the Winston NASCAR race Sunday. Frazier, a double amputee Vietnam veteran, became the first handicapped person to complete a cross-country flight in such a plane when he landed in Kitty Hawk, N.C., Sunday. He took off from California.
