The probe, revealed on Wednesday, involves dealings between the military headquarters and Morrison Knudsen Corp. of Boise. But Morrison Knudsen officials had no immediate comment. In one instance, a 45-minute job was inflated to show 23 hours of work, and on another occasion, two workers painted stripes in a parking lot while eight others simply watched, the General Accounting Office said.
