Republicans, rebuffed by the Federal Election Commission, were going to court Wednesday to keep $46 million in taxpayer money from the Democratic presidential campaign. Ben Ginsberg, legal counsel to the National Republican Senatorial Committee, said his group would seek an injunction from the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia to block the U.S. Treasury from distributing the money. Legal intervention became the option after the FEC unanimously rejected the GOP's attempt to halt the allocation.
