Utah Crime Solvers is assisting Salt Lake police in finding the killer of Danny Montano, 23, who was shot last December.
Montano's body was found about 2:50 p.m. Dec. 11 in his home at 341 E. 13th South. He had been shot in the back of the head, apparently while painting the bathroom sometime after 11 a.m.Police are unsure of the motive and do not know if there was a burglary or if the killer was an acquaintance of Montano.
A vehicle seen parked in front of the home was described as a black, two-door 1978 Ford Fairmont with faded paint on the hood and trunk.
Anyone with information about the murder is invited to call Crime Solvers, which is offering a reward.
