A Salt Lake girl has died from injuries suffered in a weekend fall near Bell Canyon east of the city.
Tammy Baker, 17, died Wednesday afternoon in Alta View Hospital, officials said.Baker was injured Sunday night when she fell 30 to 40 feet down a rocky waterfall while hiking with her boyfriend, Chuck Hellige of Sandy. Hellige hiked to a house and notified authorities.
