The Rev. Jeb Stuart Magruder, who spent seven months in prison for his role in the Watergate scandal, says an honesty campaign sponsored by an ethics panel he heads is sure to raise some eyebrows.

The $75,000 campaign, called "Take an Honest Look," begins Wednesday with billboards and public service advertising.Magruder is executive minister at First Community Church in suburban Marble Cliff, Ohio.
