Thai border police inspect several homes that were destroyed by mortar shells near the Burmese border Friday. Fifty-five houses in the village of Tak, Thailand, fell victim to the shelling and two of the villagers were wounded in the fighting between Thai government troops and a contingent of rebels who were just inside the Burmese border.
