Two Shiite Moslem militias battled with mortars and machine guns in south Lebanon Wednesday several hours after negotiators for both sides reached a cease-fire accord in Syria. Police said at least five fighters were injured in the one-hour battle between the Iranian-backed Hezbollah, or Party of God, and the pro-Syrian Amal militia in south Lebanon's Apple province.
