Howard: Can you believe it Martha?
Martha: What Howard? This fantastic fall weather?
Howard: It is wonderful, Martha. But I'm talking about the City Council finally voting "No" to putting an off-ramp at North Temple.
Martha: It is wonderful, Howard, because we don't need more traffic congestion around Temple Square.
Howard: Maybe people are finally understanding that people make a city, not cars and parking lots.
Martha: This is a great example to show that individual citizens can really make a difference, Howard. Hundreds of people attended the meetings and said they didn't want that off-ramp. And the City Council listened.
Howard: Chalk one up for the people, Martha.
Skippy: Woof, woof.
