DALLAS TRADES PELLUER TO KANSAS CITY

SHARE DALLAS TRADES PELLUER TO KANSAS CITY

Dallas continued efforts to improve the winless-Cowboys through trades, sending holdout quarterback Steve Pelluer to Kansas City and unwilling running back Darrin Nelson to San Diego.

Pelluer, a former starter, went to the Chiefs for two draft picks. Nelson, who since coming to Dallas in the Herschel Walker trade has said he didn't want to join the taeam, was sent to the Chargers for a pair of selections. Finally, the Cowboys obtained running back Paul Palmer from Detroit for a 10th-round pick next year.
