SHARE GAZELLE SYSTEMS CREATES 2ND TOP-LEVEL POSITION

Steven J. Lynch has been appointed president of Gazelle Systems, a Provo-based producer of software products for IBM personal computers. He succeeds Eric J. Ruff, who will retain his position as chief executive officer.

Lynch received a bachelor's degree from Clemson University in 1982, gained sales and management experience with Entre' computer stores and later developed his own consulting firm in Denver.As chief executive officer and chairman of the board, Ruff said he will provide the overall vision for the company, including new product lines and company direction. Lynch will be responsible for the implementation operation and supervision of the company.
