SHARE USU ACCOUNTING SEMINAR TO EXPLORE ISSUES OF ‘90S

"Accounting Issues for the '90s" is the title of the 13th annual accounting seminar and update sponsored by Partners in Business, the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants and Beta Alpha Psi fraternity Oct. 26 in the Eccles Conference Center at Utah State University.

Keynote speakers will be William H. Beaver, accounting professor at Stanford University; Harold L. Monk Jr., co-founder of the CPA firm of Davis, Monk, Farnsworth & Co.; Robert K. Mautz, vice chairman of the Public Oversight Board and former editor of Accounting Horizons; and Earnest A. Huband, associate professor of accounting at the University of Richmond and chairman of the National Accounting Association.A highlight of the meeting will be presentation during a noon luncheon of the USU Alumni Professional Achievement Award to James Quigley, a partner in Deloitte, Haskins and Sells.
