Employees at Rolling Hill Hospital in Elkins Park, Pa., don't have to live with crooked noses or wrinkles anymore.

The hospital in suburban Philadelphia is now offering discounts and perks to all employees who undergo cosmetic surgery at the acute-care community facility."Our goal isn't to make everybody who works here gorgeous," hospital spokesman David Gittleman said Wednesday. "We just want people to feel good about working here."

The service is an extension of the hospital's Butterfly Program, which provides cosmetic surgery patients with free valet parking, private rooms, fresh flowers, and VIP meals. In August, the program was opened to all the hospital's 1,100 employees, who also get a 25 percent discount on the surgery.
