If you lose a bag during a flight, do not leave the airport without filling out a form listing the contents, even if the airline says the luggage will be along on the next flight. This is among hints in Guidelines for Business Travelers, a pocket-size booklet from Runzheimer International, a management consulting firm. It adds that the traveler whose bag is missing should ask the airline for free delivery and obtain the name of the employee who agrees. Passengers with carry-on luggage should wait in line to board in order to have ample opportunity to store belongings in the overhead compartments. Boarding at the last moment, the booklet says, makes it harder for travelers to store things. The booklet costs $1 from Runzheimer, Publications Division, 555 Skokie Boulevard, Northbrook, Ill. 60062.
