The average price of gasoline nationwide dipped about a half-cent a gallon at the pumps in the past two weeks, a survey found.

The Lundberg Survey of 12,000 gas stations showed the average retail price, including taxes, for all grades of gasoline was 109.12 cents a gallon Friday, down .53 cent from Oct. 6, analyst Trilby Lundberg said Sunday.Wholesale prices fell, allowing retailers to pass their savings on to customers, she said.
