Blaine Hudson Printing has reorganized top management and named Donald S. Gull, a former senior executive of CBS, as chairman and chief executive officer.

He replaces Blaine Hudson, who will now serve as a director and president-emeritus of the printing firm, one of Utah's largest.Mark B. Hudson, Blaine's son and former vice president and general manager, has become president and chief operating officer.

"We see this as a positive move that will help us continue to expand the company," said Blaine Hudson, who continues in his ownership position but will gradually lessen his day-to-day involvement in operations.

Mark Hudson, who has been running the company for the past three years while Blaine and his wife served as missionaries for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will continue to manage all of the purchasing, printing facilities and operation.

"Don's broad business experience, combined with my years of experience in the printing business, gives us a strong basis for real growth. I'm excited," said Mark.
