World heavyweight champion Mike Tyson, who has yet to lose in the ring, has been floored by chest pains, forcing a postponement in his Nov. 18 title fight against Donovan "Razor" Ruddock until at least early next year.

Stevenson said the bout would be rescheduled at the earliest possible opportunity, probably in January, depending on Tyson's recovery.Dr. Gerhard Sollbach, medical examiner for the Edmonton Boxing and Wrestling Commission, said the condition - probably caused by a virus - attacks the muscles and nerves in the rib cage and makes any form of exercise painful.
