The Milwaukee Bucks have acquired the rights to forward Pat Durham from the Dallas Mavericks for a 1983 second-round draft pick, the team announced Thursday.

The 6-foot-8, 210-pound Durham was drafted in the second round of the 1989 draft by the Mavericks out of Colorado State but did not sign with Dallas or participate in training camp. He is expected to play this season in Spain and should he return to play in the NBA, the Bucks will retain his rights.
