International affairs would be very different if Evel Knievel were in charge. "I'll tell you how to get (Panamanian leader Manuel) Noriega out of there in a hurry," the motorcycle maniac said. "Just make me president for 24 hours." Knievel was in Spokane, Wash., this week, and the topic of Noriega came up in a discussion of drug abuse. "I'm just bitter about what drugs are doing to this country," he said. "Our president should have a good kick in the a-- about this. This is the biggest war we've ever faced. It just makes me sick to think how many children have died because of drugs Noriega has let pass through the Panama Canal."
