He took time out on the set of his box office hit "When Harry Met Sally" to blow a few choruses of "Pennies From Heaven" on the trumpet with the Paul Ringe band while shooting the climactic wedding sequence.Ringe (as in king), who makes his film debut as the drumming band leader, once was a film executive himself, serving as New York publicity director of Paramount and United Artists. But he gave it all up to play the drums.
