J.W. Marriott Jr., the chairman and president of the Marriott Corp., was listed in stable condition Tuesday after being hospitalized in Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C., for a mild heart attack.
Hospital spokesperson Carol Fox King said Marriott is "doing fine." He is expected to remain in the hospital for a few days for further tests, however.Marriott, 57, suffered the heart attack en route to a business meeting Monday.
