Marketing of American Greetings Corp.'s 586,000 square-foot distribution warehouse on 90 acres in Brigham City is being handled by Hart Corp., Philadelphia, Pa.

In August, company officials announced they were closing the facility in a move to consolidate and streamline warehouse distribution operations. About 160 people lost their jobs. The facility has 9,400 square-feet of air-conditioned office space and high ceilings and is served by rail. The warehouse was built in 1976 as a primary distribution center to improve service to its western states retail accounts.

Distribution centers at Danville, Ky., and Osceola and McCrory, Ark., have been equipped with new technology and have absorbed the work of the Brigham City facility.
