Guerrillas say they captured another key town in northwestern Cambodia on Wednesday, and relief workers were evacuated from two Thai refugee camps after heavy shelling nearby by Cambodian government gunners.

Gen. Dien Del, acting commander of the Khmer People's National Liberation Front, said his troops had captured the town of Kandoul after two days of attacks and were advancing on another, Svay Chiek.
