SHARE ROAD BEING REPAIRED IN UINTA FOREST

Officials of the Uinta National Forest have announced reconstruction of the Indian Creek road, 13 miles south of the Strawberry Visitors Center.

Reconstruction that began Monday will continue through the third week of October and will consist of graveling two miles of road.The road will be closed mornings between 7 a.m. and noon, and afternoons between 1 and 6 p.m. from Oct. 9 to 12 and Oct. 16 to 19. Temporary delays should be expected before and after these dates during weekdays.

The road will be open Fridays through Sundays. Conditions will be rough and access may be difficult.
