SHARE KOCH TO LECTURE AT N.Y. UNIVERSITY

Mayor Edward Koch, defeated in the city's Democratic mayoral primary last month, was named Friday to a one-year fellowship at New York University.

Starting in January, Koch will give six lectures at the Urban Research Center of the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. His topic will focus on the economic and social challenges facing cities and the role of government in urban policy.The three-term mayor and former congressman also will meet with students and faculty at the university during his appointment as Marnold Visiting Fellow.
