BYU's Mary Grace Estuesta posted rounds of 79, 77 and 80 for a 236 total and a tie for 12th place at the Lady Buckeye invitational Friday and Saturday, leading the Cougar team to sixth place in the 18-team field.

The Cougars scored 318 Saturday, the third lowest round of the day, for a 54-hole aggregate of 959, but they were unable to make a run for the tournament title."We are playing consistent golf, but we're just not doing anything great," said BYU Coach Gary Howard. "We're not getting in good position to score. It's frustrating to all of us." Furman won the team title with 930 strokes, and Furman's Barbara Koosa shot 225 for the individual crown.
