SHARE DIXIE COLLEGE WILL KICK OFF FUND DRIVE IN S.L. TUESDAY

Dixie College will move north Tuesday, Oct. 10, for an evening of entertainment and discussion of the southern Utah college's programs and potential.

At 7 p.m., a reception will be held in Symphony Hall, with members of the Dixie College National Advisory Council as hosts. President Douglas D. Alder and other administrators, faculty and staff will be present.At 8 p.m. a program will begin, highlighting talents of faculty and recent graduates.

The program will kick off a fund drive that hopes to raise $17 million over the next four years. A multimedia presentation will outline the goals of that campaign.

Dixie officials expect many state leaders, including Gov. and Mrs. Norm Bangerter, Higher Education Commissioner Wm. Rolfe Kerr and members of the Legislature to attend.
