The Army ROTC is offering a four-year scholarship to high school seniors, which pays for four years of books and fees, and includes $1,000 a year in tax-free stipends. The scholarship can be used at more than 350 colleges and universities around the country.

Students do not incur any commitment or obligation in applying for the scholarship. If it is awarded, students may attend a full year of college at ROTC expense for one year before obligating themselves to military service.The application deadline is Friday, Dec. 1.
