A man who is accused of stabbing two people who were trying to detain him until police could arrive has been charged with two counts of attempted criminal homicide.

Allison Totsoni Mark, 30, was charged with the two counts of attempted second-degree murder Tuesday in 3rd District Court.According to a probable cause statement, a woman told West Valley police that she was accosted by two men while standing outside the Westerner Lounge, 3400 S. Redwood Road, Sunday at about 1:45 a.m. A man who witnessed the incident then asked two other men in the area to help him detain the men until police could arrive.

While they were detaining them "without physical contact," Mark allegedly stabbed one of the men in the stomach and another under the chin "without warning or provocation," the complaint states.
