Utah County commissioners Sid Sandberg, Malcolm Beck and Brent Morris _ to Linus' delight _ make an entrance costumed as the Great Pumpkin at the county's Halloween party Tuesday. County employees attended the festivities in celebration of the ghoulish holiday. Awards were given for the best costumes, best pumpkin design and the best decorated department.
