Stop the presses! Noriega was found early Thursday - in Utah!.

A West Jordan police officer stopped a driver for a traffic violation about 1:30 a.m. and called in his name and driver's license number to a dispatcher at the Valley Emergency Communications Center to check for possible warrants. The driver's last name was spelled N-o-r-i-e-g-a.

"Oh, so you found him," the dispatcher said.

"Yep, we've got him. Call the Army, the Navy, Air Force and Marines. We've got a hot one," the officer replied.

"Ten-four," replied the dispatcher, releasing a chuckle.

Moments later, however, the dispatcher notified the officer that Noriega did in fact have a warrant for his arrest.

Was it issued for international drug trafficking? Human rights violations?

No. The warrant for this Noriega - NOT Gen. Manuel Noriega of Panama - was for a traffic infraction - changing lanes without signaling.
